These terms apply to your use of the Luxmi Wedding & Events website. By using this site, you agree to them. The specific terms of any event we deliver — including scope, pricing, payment schedule and cancellation — will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that we provide to you before your booking is confirmed.

Sending us an enquiry or booking request — by WhatsApp, phone or email — does not create a confirmed booking or a binding contract. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you in writing and any required advance payment has been received.

Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

Package descriptions on this website are a general guide to what we offer. Because every celebration is different, final inclusions and pricing are confirmed in your personalised proposal. Prices may vary depending on the date, venue, guest count, design requirements and availability of materials.

We work with fresh flowers and natural materials, which can vary with the season, weather and supply. Where a specific flower or item is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of similar style, colour and value, and we will let you know of any significant change in advance.

All text, images and designs on this website belong to Luxmi Wedding & Events or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Portfolio images are representative of our work; your final design will be created to your own brief.

We may photograph the décor we create at your event for use in our portfolio and social media. If you would prefer we do not, simply let us know before your event.

We take great care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Our responsibilities for any event are set out in the agreement for that event.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
